Meet Jerusia
BCBA
Jerusia, the dynamic founder of Behavior Analysts of Naples, has been igniting her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis for over 25 years! With a heart dedicated to educational services, she thrives on helping clients and takes immense pride in selecting and training the finest Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA's) to shape our future generations. For Jerusia a hands-on business model is essential; she not only trains future therapists but also provides direct consultation and regular client assessments.
Though Behavior Analysts of Naples has been making waves since 2019, Jerusia previously ran a thriving private practice with multiple BCBAs in Connecticut for over 6 years. After trading in the long winters for sunny Naples, she and her husband are not just continuing their business but also enjoying the local golf country clubs. When they’re not traveling or doting on their beloved Rottweilers, Zoe and Zeus, you can catch them having a blast at the Lely-Mustang Golf Country Club!
Meet Evangeline
BCBA
Evangeline is an incredibly passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 5 years of hands-on experience helping children thrive in home, school, and clinical settings! She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Florida Coast University in 2019 just recently completed her M.S. in Psychology in December 2023, becoming a certified BCBA in July 2024! Excitingly, she has also become certified in ACT, a fantastic therapeutic approach that enhances psychological flexibility and emotional regulation for those facing addiction or challenging behaviors.
Evangeline's dedication to helping children and families shines through her volunteer work with Guardian ad Litem, an advocacy program for children in the foster care system. When she's not making a difference, you can find her enjoying the great outdoors—camping, kayaking, and hiking—while soaking up the sun at local beaches. She also loves to crochet, cuddle with her cat Luffy, and proudly boasts a collection of around 50 unique mugs! In just 5 years, Evangeline envisions herself continuing to uplift local families and mentoring aspiring BCBAs.
Meet Yozeli
Associate Anlayst
Yozeli proudly graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida Coast University with her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2022! From the very beginning of her college journey, she discovered passion for psychology and helping others. During her final semester, she interned with Behavior Analysts of Naples and instantly fell in love with ABA therapy, witnessing firsthand its incredible impact on people's lives. With three years of experience in the ABA field, she is now pursuing her master's degree at Purdue University, working diligently towards her Board Certification and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, set to graduate in December 2024!
Having lived in Labelle, FL her entire life, Yozeli cherishes her free time spent with family, enjoying music, exploring the outdoors, and watching great movies. Her long-term dream is to complete graduate school and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, making a difference in the lives of many!
Meet Karla
RBT
In 2020, Karla proudly graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Special Populations! Her passion for working with children and helping them flourish emotionally and socially drives her to make a positive impact in the lives of these kids and families. Currently, she's on an exciting journey to obtain her RBT certification, with plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the near future!
When she's not making a difference, Karla loves to soak up quality time with her family and friends, dive into a good book, explore new places, and enjoy outdoor adventures!

Meet Shayla, a dedicated professional hailing from Indiana. A proud graduate of Indiana University, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Journalism in 2019. With four years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Shayla is passionate about advocating for children and equipping them with the tools they need to thrive. When she's not working, you can find her enjoying quality time with family and friends soaking up the sun at the beach or pool, cheering for her favorite football and basketball teams, or honing her skills in Muay Thai kickboxing classes.
