Following an initial consultation and assessment of your family’s needs, we develop an individualized recommendation for services.
Before making any commitment, you will receive a clear proposal outlining the recommended services, level of support, and associated investment. Our goal is for families to understand exactly what is being recommended, why we are recommending it, and what to expect before services begin.
As your child grows and needs change, recommendations may evolve as well. Our concierge model allows us to remain flexible and intentional—providing the right level of support at the right time rather than maintaining services simply because they were originally prescribed.

Behavior Analysts of Naples primarily operates as a private-pay practice. For families with applicable out-of-network benefits, we can provide superbills that may be submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement vary by individual insurance plan and are not guaranteed.
