Compassionate ABA Services Built Around Your Child

Every child and family is unique, and their support plan should reflect that. At Behavior Analysts of Naples, we offer concierge-level services for children, teens, and families, meeting them where they are—developmentally, emotionally, and practically. Whether we’re providing ABA therapy, caregiver support, or Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), our focus is the same: building real skills for real life, in the settings that matter most.

All of our services are designed and overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and grounded in evidence-based practices that prioritize meaningful progress, family involvement, and lasting growth.

We believe that meaningful progress begins with compassionate, individualized care. Our Core Services

Early Intervention ABA

Building strong foundations during the most critical years

The early years are essential for growth, and high-quality intervention during this stage can make a lasting difference. Our Early Intervention ABA programs are specifically designed for toddlers and young children (ages 2 to 5) who are just beginning their learning journey.

What We Focus On: - Communication and language development
- Social engagement and play skills
- Self-help skills (feeding, dressing, toileting)
- Early cognitive development (matching, imitation, problem-solving)
- Behavior shaping and emotional self-regulation

Why It Matters: Research shows that starting ABA early can significantly improve long-term outcomes. We create nurturing, play-based learning environments that feel natural and fun while being structured, goal-driven, and fully individualized to each child.

Home-Based Therapy & Parent Coaching

Therapy that comes to you and works for your whole family

Home-based ABA is central to our concierge model. We bring therapy into your home, where your child feels safest and most comfortable. This setting allows us to target real-world goals and support daily routines that matter to your family.

What It Involves: - One-on-one ABA therapy tailored to your child’s goals
- Parent coaching during and between sessions
- Practical strategies for mealtime, bedtime, and transitions
- Support for siblings and extended family members

Why It Works: When therapy happens in a natural environment, progress transfers more easily into everyday life. Parent coaching empowers you to reinforce learning beyond the therapy hour—because you’re your child’s greatest teacher.

School Support & Consultation

Helping your child succeed in educational environments

We work directly with schools and educators to ensure your child’s learning and behavioral needs are supported throughout the day. Whether your child is in a private preschool, public school, or specialized classroom, our goal is to help them participate, engage, and thrive.

What We Offer: - On-site ABA services during the school day
- Classroom observations and customized recommendations
- Teacher & staff support for behavior and classroom management
- IEP and 504 plan support
- Behavior support plans
- School transition support
- Collaboration with IEP teams, specialists, and school psychologists
-Community and educational partnerships

Our Goal: To create a consistent and inclusive learning experience where your child feels confident, connected, and supported—while also equipping teachers to better meet their needs.

Behavior Support & Reduction Plans

Reframing challenges into growth opportunities

Challenging behaviors are often a form of communication. Our approach is to identify the “why” behind the behavior and replace it with functional, adaptive skills that support independence and reduce stress.

Our Process: - Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to uncover behavior patterns and causes
- Evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to your child
- Skill-building approaches that teach what to do, not just what not to do
- Family and caregiver coaching to support consistency across settings

The Result: A calmer home, a more confident child, and strategies that help everyone feel more in control. We don’t just address behaviors—we support the whole child and the entire family system.

ADOS-2 Autism Diagnostic Testing

Trusted evaluations to bring clarity and confidence to your next steps

Getting the right diagnosis is an essential first step in understanding your child’s needs. Our team provides ADOS-2 testing — the gold standard in autism assessment — in a supportive, child-friendly setting. This evaluation helps identify or rule out autism spectrum disorder and gives families the insights they need to make informed decisions.

What We Provide: - A play-based, structured assessment that evaluates communication, social interaction, and behavior
- A comprehensive written report detailing results, observations, and diagnostic impressions
- A parent consultation session to explain findings and offer guidance on next steps
- Coordination with your pediatrician, psychologist, or other specialists for streamlined follow-up

Why It Matters: An accurate, timely diagnosis opens the door to effective services and supports. Our goal is to make the process as clear, respectful, and helpful as possible — so you can move forward with confidence and care.

Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT)

Emotional support that empowers you to parent with clarity and resilience

Parenting a child with unique needs is deeply meaningful—but it can also bring moments of overwhelm, uncertainty, and emotional fatigue. At Behavior Analysts of Naples, we offer Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) to support your emotional well-being and help you stay grounded through it all. ACT is a science-backed approach rooted in mindfulness and behavioral psychology. Rather than avoiding difficult thoughts or emotions, ACT teaches you how to accept them, focus on the present, and take action guided by your values.

What ACT Can Help With: - Managing stress and building balance in your daily life
- Responding to emotional challenges with greater calm and flexibility
- Clarifying your values and making purposeful decisions
- Strengthening emotional resilience and connection with your child

Who Is ACT For? - Parents and caregivers experiencing burnout or emotional overload
- Families navigating complex behaviors and seeking a new perspective
- Teens and older children (with parental involvement) dealing with anxiety or emotional rigidity
- Anyone looking for tools to live with more intention and emotional strength

Why It Matters: Caring for others starts with caring for yourself. ACT gives you the tools to manage life’s emotional ups and downs, so you can show up fully for your child—and for yourself.
